      Over 2 years of experience operating counterbalance and electric forklifts, Experienced with reach truck, narrow aisle truck and also 3 ton and higher capacity forklifts. Expierienced in loading and unloading trucks, efficiently utilizing full cargo space while maintaining safety and precision,

      So far so good nothing to complain about.

      Driver will be used not utilized

      Cons

      Driver is expected to be available 24/7 without any compensation or consideration Driver will be ordered to perform illegal duties breaking State and Federal DOT and TSA regulations Driver is an Independent Contractor so company will not compensate for any expenses (gas, commercial insurance, maintenance, etc...) Driver must use own vehicle Commission only (paid mileage one way on what company says is the distance not necessarily what the real distance is which is usually less than reality) Company will keep any over-sized load compensation paid by UPS-SCS
