This company provides an opportunity like none other. You get to travel to see other offices. The business is very team oriented with a wide network of individuals to help you reach your full potential as well as grow more and faster than anywhere you have ever worked before. You are in charge of your growth. It is a fun atmosphere and you build lasting relationships. This is by far the most fun I have had at a job. You're constantly learning new things and growing exponentially.

Biggest con for me is the fluctuation of the schedule. Although, they are willing to work with your needs. If you are not a morning person or if you don't like people, this is not the career for you.
