      Free food, starbucks, I need 5 words it's hard to find good things about this company

      Every manager is a nepobaby, laughable PTO, salary employees are just hourly employees with stipulations, bad cafeteria food, everything changes on a whim. Didn't get a raise in the 2 years I worked there. Even though I took on a lot more responsibility.

      Good place to work, good pay, good benefits. I read reviews before taking the job that said this is a cult but i havent found it yet lol. Nice folks.

      No pros at all. Would give 0 if possible.

      Cons

      Bad work life balance. No benefits. No paid time off. No chance to advance. If you work there and decide to leave the company do NOT use them as a reference they will talk negatively about you to potential new employers even if you were a star employee. No career advancement. Differently a CULT!
