Overworked, underpaid - Case Manager Acenda Integrated Health Employee Review

Most positions don't allow a lunch break unless you work late to make up the time, no incentives, HR can be aggressive and typically uninterested/unwilling to help employees (the director is okay its the people below her). The agency keeps merging with other agencies but hasn't taken a breath to take care of their own employees. There's been an influx of immense additional responsibilities that are put on employees due to lack of staff, low wage, and still no incentives or benefits to make up for it. The company does not abide by their own values.
