Pros
Work remotely. You can never get lost because they track (and share) your geographic footprint and history. You get to practice your colors because you have to keep your light green for 10 hours a day, even though working on a separate monitor is set to let it turn yellow.
Cons
They are moving more work to the India office and eliminating US jobs. Even if federal and state contracts require work be done by US employees, they skirt the contractual agreements and do not list the India team as employees getting paid in the contract. This a shady company without empathy from management. People are reprimanded and let go for not denying enough claims and/or taking the the time to read the medical notes. The motto Lead the Way means they are leading the way in reducing costs by denying claims. This is the goal of their contracts. If they do not deny enough, they would lose contracts. Once case reviewers start and realize wha5 they have to do, theirs is a constant churn in staff.
