Pros
I could go on for days. To start from the top, I've never worked with a group of more respectable, humble and hardworking people. Senior leadership abides by the core values they've implemented and puts their people first. New ideas are genuinely encouraged and then given time and support to come to fruition. Quality of work is valued over quantity. There is no "cookie cutter employee". Diversity in experiences and backgrounds is appreciated and leveraged to make the company and product even better. The vision for the company is clear and employees are genuinely motivated to do their part and continue to level up. Everyone hustles, everyone cares, and everyone wants to put out the best product for our customers.
Cons
This is really a reach for me as the pros blow the cons out of the water. As a growing company with a ton of moving parts and a mostly remote employee base given the pandemic, internal communication across teams can lag at times. There is also not a ton of formalized training upon on-boarding. This won't be a con for those who are more hands-on learners and willing to reach out to can find your own resources. Everyone is willing to help and give their time to get you up to speed, but you have to be proactive if you need information vs. it just being at your fingertips. If you need more classroom style training, a checklist to follow, visual aids, etc., you may flounder a bit in the beginning. **What I love about this company is that this is all feedback I was encouraged to provide to senior leadership and the company has already started implementing strategies to overcome these gaps.**
