*knowledgable employees with a willingness to wear multiple hats to get things done. *company will pay for the right certifications if it affects their bottom line. *Mid-level managers who are capable, friendly, and as supportive as possible.
Cons
*management at the top is stifled by CEO. *CEO is impulsive, has mood swings, and lacks leadership skills. *resourcing is uneven since layoffs last year and this year *outlook of company changes month to month *lots of fingerpointing and blaming others
