Leadership has too many questionable decisions - Anonymous employee Achieve3000 Employee Review

The current leadership of Achieve 300 has made too many questionable decisions. The policies implemented by the management only serve to restrict and kill the creativity of the employees providing no benefit whatsoever. I feel like the managers just do what they feel like doing without any careful planning or thinking.
