Pros
It's hard to think of any pros of working here when I had such a terrible experience. I have nothing to add here.
Cons
The workload distribution was unfair. The management assigned too many tasks to some people while others just sat there and enjoyed. It was ridiculous. I was always stressed in thisjob due to the huge number of tasks assigned to me. I even signed up for putting in brutal and exhausting hours here. But still, the leadership didn't notice my efforts.
