Leadership doesn't lead - Anonymous employee Achieve3000 Employee Review

Achieve3000 has a leadership that does not lead. Leaders here either don't know how to lead or they just don't want to. I never saw any leadership qualities from any member of the management, so it's not puzzling that the company lacks direction and that the workplace is terribly inefficient. When employees don't receive guidance or support, don't expect them to perform 100%.
