      The job is very rewarding, seeing the growth in clients is worth it all.

      Cons

      I felt training was inadequate at times but once you are in the job for a bit you start to get the hang of it.

      Pros

      - wonderful, friendly staff & higher ups - if you’re in the office, amazing work environment - room for growth - helping families!

      Cons

      - the low pay is by far the biggest con. livable wage for a single adult in Erie is more than $20/hr—many AC employees will not reach this. - it can be hard to keep up with changes - LECOM involvement is (rightfully) concerning to some.
