      Pros

      I initially started AF as a Teacher in Residence. With a bachelors degree, I was able to gain a Master’s at Teaching while being acclimated to a school environment.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Everything has to be done precisely. Very structured which is great but can also be suffocating.
