Pros
I think it was a great experience. Coming back as a part-timer after being a student there felt special,, like I got to see the other side of things. Helping out with admin stuff like student registrations, giving tours, printing worksheets, and packing ClickFunnels orders helped me feel productive during the long holiday although some of the tasks require alot of effort to do properly. I also liked doing diagnostic consultations even if the follow-up calls with parents might be something I dont look forward to still cos abit shy hahahah but it’s better than when I first came to work at AD.
What I enjoyed most was definitely the people and culture. Everyone was super friendly, hardworking, and always willing to help each other out. It felt like a team that genuinely cared about both students and each other. The management team was also really supportive and open, which made it easier to learn and grow esp Aishah she very nice hehe. Overall, I’m really thankful for the experience and everything I got to learn!
Cons
It is a 5 day work week and you may be required to work on both weekends!
