Great office culture and very good relations with coworkers, also a lot of freedom. Option to pick projects that are often interesting.
Cons
No real upward promotions or room for growth, the only option is moving from project to project. Generally bad middle management that officially does not exist. Lack of senior experienced employees. Cult vibes.
