Markus Malik is notorious for intimidating and mistreating women in the workplace due to his own personal issues, is quite absent-minded and a shady lawyer. Bunch of cowboy crooks, corner shop mentality thugs. Bullying not just employees but clients and stakeholders.

Insulting pay! Employees are overworked and overloaded, complaints from clients are constantly flooding in due to their poor work. Terrible place to work in - the CEO watches you through the security cameras, creepy and is inappropriate. Messy management. Male colleagues inappropriately discussing female colleagues in a sexual nature. Extreme lack of respect and a low moral compass. Bullying is a common practice and senior management have psychopathic tendencies, will often gaslight, discriminate and be inappropriate. Filing system is old and backdated. Toxic work culture.
