Micromanaged, higher ups check your status online when WFH, if you are idle for more than 5 minutes, they'll ask what you're doing.
If you hit traffic in the morning and are late you'll get reprimanded.
No priority management, everything is a priority.
Was told I should be working more than 45+ hours a week without being compensated for it.
