There’s been no pay rises in nearly 4 years, the works poor, the staff are under qualified and not wanting to work, the morale is really bad, there’s no communication between management and staff, no work dos, no thank yous/well done, lack of working equipment, docked money for leaving 3 minutes early, thorough onsite audits that will pull you up on absolutely anything

crap money, liars and they give bad references when you give the job your all.
