Cons
- Biggest: NO JOB SECURITY. - So much of politics by senior members. Specially in CD (Continuous Delivery) team & done by Her Majesty of the department. - Not only backbiting but you could be insulted on daily basis & yours technical ability will be questioned when there is any issue, instead of getting help. - If you are in CD team, you will get to work on Drupal 5, 6 projects. Even though they will keep talking about Drupal 8, managers will not try convincing clients for upgrade or advantage of it. - Too much of work pressure & no good increment after you have joined. - Biased attitude. Favor "YES MAAM" people. If you fall into that category or have been hired by some people's reference, you will get all the favors, like working from home, preparing for conference paper, traveling, spending companies money etc. - If you speak your mind or be truthful, you can expect your life becoming hell in sometime, and you will have to leave company or would be thrown out with issue like technical incompetency without any proof or discussion about anything specifically.
