Pros
- There are some great people working in this company, very talented, generous and open-minded. It's a great place to learn from. - It's a very international company, so chances to experience different cultures. - Good compensation package.
Cons
- The company is dictated by profit, profit and only profit, thanks to a very aggressive Board of investors, as such, the decisions they take are often very short sighted. They want revenue this year without any care for consequences in the next, then the next year it's the same thing again. This leads to quick and dirty solutions instead of a long term approach.
