      No real work happens. So you get paid for just sitting around & logging in to job portals to find the next job.

      Cons

      It is a body shopping company Company is Bankrupt, taking loans to pay building rent Salary comes usually 20+ days delayed Office is almost make shift, A/C wont work, 2hours of water in the washrooms, no cafeteria Leave policies & Management style is inhuman

      The issue is at the top mainly due to lack of funds. which caused a lot of negativity and low morale within the employees

      Pros

      There were non-management personnel within the organization that great to work with. They were pleasant and professional.

      Cons

      Poorly managed financials and processing pay for contractors. Several times pay was not rendered as promised. Poor client engagement and business relationship building.
