I will start by saying the first time I n my career I was ever completely ignored. After 2 interviews a hiring manager confirmed I would be moving onto a 3rd interview. I was then ignored by both the recruiter and hiring manager. While I understand if I’m no longer a candidate for a position, however if you state I will have another interview that is the expectation. As a professional you should never do such a thing. If a candidate were to not show up to a confirmed interview or stop communication after accepting a job offer that would be unacceptable, however it is equally unacceptable to completely disregard emails from a candidate you informed would continue in your interview process. This speaks volumes for an organizations reputation if this is how leaders and recruiters conduct themselves.
