Pros

I interviewed for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role and had three separate interviews. My interviews were with the Recruiting Manager, Director of People Operations, and Head of Talent. All three humans were great to speak with and very transparent about the company. The benefits are great!

Cons

Ultimately I was not chosen for the role and I respect the decision. I am here to offer constructive feedback on the disposition process, as I am a professional in the same field. When a person spends an extended period with you getting to know your company (a candidate, business prospect, employee etc.), and there are multiple face-to-face conversations the least you can do is send them an email (from you, not an automated email) letting them know that they weren't selected.

Thank you for taking time to offer your feed back. We understand your disappointment. We had a very large response to this position and were hiring because of a staffing shortage. Several candidates went through three 30 minutes rounds of interviews. It would be my wish to personally have the ability to address each person personally who interviews with us. I am grateful that Actabl is focused on empowering the people who power hospitality; that mission permeates every aspect of the organization from our CEO down. We even have awards around this, and serving more than 150,000 hoteliers gives us a big opportunity to make an impact. On the marketing team, I love the chance to learn from customers and create content that spotlights them. There's a lot of autonomy here to do our best work and resources to make good things happen.

Cons

We are a growing company, which means there are always things to work through, but I am grateful for the customer-centric, employee-centric leadership we have and approach we take working through these.
