Pros

Good company to work for and their health benefits is one of the best I've seen.

Cons

Former project manager, who is no longer with this company, didn't help you or look out for the employees. She gave many starting employees a very low salary to start with and very tiny raise from annual performance reviews.

Wish there was a San Diego main office.

Cons

Commute challenges due to location. Heavy Traffic.
