      Pros

      It is a pleasure working in such a great team of consultants and support team. Management is very approachable and always looking for ways to make work more rewarding and engaging. I like that you get to experience all the roles of running a consultancy so you can work out where you fit and what you like doing. All employees are engaged in making the big decisions.

      Cons

      None - as any cons are easily resolved and fixed as management is so approachable and always ready to make changes so we can be our best selves.

      Pros

      Blended work environment; Flexible working hours and you can work part-time or full-time; A very high level of autonomy; A variety of work which is with small and medium sized businesses; Ability to develop skills outside of current experience; Continuous professional development; Networking with other Senior OHS Consultants; Accreditation to provide the Work Safe Victoria OHS Essentials program; No after hours or weekend phone calls.

      Cons

      From time to time, it can be feast and famine with the workload. When waiting for clients to come back to you, you can have periods of uncertainty. Then you are quite busy again. It's infrequent, but it's the nature of consulting.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to work with a range of clients varying from small businesses to ASX listed company’s. Diversity and autonomy in consulting work - audits, secondments, etc. Authentic team and leadership. Exposure and involvement in the development of Safety Champion Software.

      Cons

      As a small team, there can be a lot of variety in the work undertaken.
