We work hard to create work life balance for our employees and we are growing with constant changes to our economy and we strive to stay competitive in the market. I have been with the company for a couple of years and looking forward to many more!       Pros

      This is the first company I have worked for that supports the health and welfare of their employees. They believe in work/life balance and are extremely supportive of my professional and personal growth! I can only say great things about this family run business...you are family! The opportunities are endless and so is the support from all of my co-workers! Thank you Action Family!

      Cons?...I don't think there are any unless you are looking to work for a large corporation that only considers you as a number!
