Great culture! Coming from a big corporation, it is nice seeing an organization that has an enterprise mindset where the leadership still requests feedback from staff and listens to new ideas. Management leads with empathy and compassion. Management uses measurable goals, which gives clear guidance to priority and success. Surprisingly, the management team doesn't get upset when you make a mistake - they remain calm and work with you to learn from them to prevent them again. VERY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I'VE SEEN BEFORE! Staff is dedicated to the mission and each other. Everyone is involved in everyone's success, and we trust each other to do what we say we will. Whether it's getting on a call with a customer, filling out security questionnaires, asking questions, the whole team is happy to pitch in.
Cons
Only 1 small con, and that is that the company is growing really fast, which comes with some growing pains, but that's the only thing I can think of.
