      Terrible culture and company - Account Executive Activated Insights Employee Review

      Pros

      You have freedom but they don't pay you or recognize hard work so that freedom is quickly not worth it. Very little cons and very little benefits to working for this poorly run company. C level leadership has very little business knowledge or vision so the trickle down effect of that is ruining this once solid company.

      Cons

      LEADERSHIP. Biggest joke here PAY - pay us market value. Almost everyone I know here is severely underpaid and struggling just to survive and instead of paying reps you acquire companies that add no value to us because we already sell the exact same product. Pay your reps and I guarantee revenue would increase because your employees would give a crap. Very little direction and vision on where company is going and how to help it grow and it shows. 55k base for an AE role in 2025. No thanks. It doesn't work and you don't care Vision? Non-existent. This company is being run into the ground by our CEO and he doesn't seem care.
