Pros
They're all remote unless you specifically have to be in the office for some reason, which is almost never. It's good customer service work, reliable, you will be working constantly.
Cons
Constant overtime, the remote work means they're far less willing to communicate well, and they throw people into supervisor positions with zero training then refuse to ever support them and take them out after six months when they end up failing because they set you up to fail. Very little opportunity for advancement or improvement.
