Pros

The developer team was made up of some stellar people

Cons

Management here will not listen to you. You will request resources for a project that are necessary to complete the project within the designated timeline, but will not receive those resources. Additionally, management will throw you under the bus. This is a company to avoid especially for novice developers.

ActiveLogic Labs Response

This employee wasn’t a lead or in a place to manage a team or resources. In fact, they didn’t listen to leadership or do what they were requested to do. We had many conversations to discuss and fix the issues, but nothing helped. So, after many failed projects and deadlines solely based on the employees inability to follow direction, they were finally released.
