Management have blatant disregard for staff's well-being and health, you are often made to feel guilty if you are ill and ask for time off to recover, blatant favouritism from management to specific members of staff and there is no real support given to onboarding team members or urgency to deal with ongoing issues. When whistleblowing involving members of management occurs the issue is swept under the rug and not dealt with. Understaffed weekly with being asked to cover very last minute and working extremely long hours as a result.
