MICROMANAGING NIGHTMARE. I am currently in training and I will be leaving as I accepted a new position elsewhere. you only get five days off per year. (including sick days.) you have to fill out a form for everything you do if you are five minutes overdoing anything... I have worked for a lot of Call centers. This is by far the worst one I have ever worked for and I'm not even on the floor yet... the pay is laughable. Half the people you start with realize what a joke the company is and simply just quit.. They really went with chances to move up when according to other reviews, it's extremely rare. DO NOT DO IT

Pros

Easy apply & Interview process...they really want you to be successful.

Cons

Training lacking structure. Too many ways to get infractions once in production and you find out as you go along. Consistency is poor among management. Pay does not increase, but responsibility does and there is little mobility options unless you want to manage people.
