      Pros

      Best team lead, work environment is calm and everyone was very helpful. Bimonthly events make it more joyous to work there.

      Cons

      All clients are from Japan, so need to learn Japanese but I don't find it bad as learning new language is never bad.

      Pros

      Working in Acty System was good and I was working with the International Group with amazing boss Tokihiko Arai who had amazing work environment and good life balance and independence to work good.

      Cons

      Other teams did'nt have that advantage , Long working hrs no life balance and politics
