2yWe take pride in helping our employees achieve their personal, position, and earnings' goals, but we occasionally have employees thinking that he/she/they deserve more than we do. Without knowing more, I cannot confirm that this was the case with this particular past employee, but in general we certainly hope to minimize these different perspectives that can be mutually counterproductive.
