      Pros

      Acxiom was a great company to work for with solid benefits and reasonable pay. Although they had a more corporate atmosphere, everyone I engaged with were friendly and outgoing and willing to assist their team members.

      The rigidity enforced due to the size of the organization.

      Pros

      Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

      Cons

      Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
