Pros
It has to be said over my near 5 years at Ad Hoc UK I certainly enjoyed the diversity of my office/ field based jobs. Setting up a cold-start branch, recruiting new business at senior level and the initial recognition of my extra effort, late nights and hundreds of miles travelled when larger clients were won. Aslso in early years there was good training and support.
Cons
I suppose any 'niddle management job' or senior sales has it's 'honey-moon period but having been the principalearner x3 and establishing a good service relationship with major clients I found that as senior management changed I was disregarded and not given the bonus and remuneration promised in year 2. After year three things further slipped and..badly. By year four/five we were in dispute, 30 % of regional staff had left: under new management.
