Pros

Decent benefits Lots of snacks

Cons

The company used to be about an innovative product that solved a market need. The current leadership does not seem to be able to decide what the vision is and keeps switching gears. New products are thrown onto the market without proper testing while older ones limp along with issues still remaining, and upsetting customers. Compensation needs to be analyzed for industry standards. Knowledge needs to be documented so there isn't a huge brain drain when employees (who continue to leave) leave. Teams need to have cohesive and reachable goals. The current leadership seems to not understand the phrase "lead people, manage processes", and operational teams are blamed for poor management decisions.

Pros

The company is great for many reason. First off I have a great manager that I respect, but also that is willing to assist when needed. They allow a flexible schedule which is great as a working parent. If I need to leave early or come in a little later on some days, I know it will be ok. The co workers are great here, and there is a lot of camaraderie between co workers here. There is fun company events like game nights and family picnics. Most importantly, they provide 100% paid benefits which is really helpful. And again since I am a parent, they also provide 50% toward dependent benefit costs. Time off is pretty generous as well. Really, I like my job here, and there is room for growth. They have promoted many within the company.

Cons

It is a lot of work and you will be challenged. health benefit offerings could be better.
