Pros

no pros, just a company running by a liar

Cons

I put a lot of effort into this company, I was one of its best employees. They had a side agency whose existence they denied when the company was being sold. I was working there tirelessly, but once the sale went through, they decided to shut the agency down because they had hidden it during negotiations. Management assured us that no one would lose their job and that we’d all get a cut of the sale. It was all lies, and we ended up unemployed. They abruptly fired the entire team and quietly swept the whole matter under the rug.

Pros

there are no pros about this company

Cons

I honestly can’t take it anymore, this is a scam company. Check all the comments online, check Reddit. This company takes money from people without their consent and then uses that money to act like it’s some huge, successful firm. Complaints about this are actively ignored. There’s no workplace culture, the company even lies to its own employees, and there are absolutely no perks or benefits.

Pros

Only positive thing i can say is it's fully remote

Cons

Communication is nonexistent and never progresses, and I began to feel that this was intentional. In terms of development, there were no initiatives either from the company or from the employees. However, everything was consistently portrayed as if it were operating at a very high level. Feedback, whether constructive or critical, was not taken into consideration. There was a clear distinction between lower and upper levels, the reasoning behind which I could never understand. The so-called upper level would reach out to you daily and try to get their work done quickly if they had a direct interest, but when you asked for input or clarification, the responses were dismissive. On top of this, salaries were far below market standards.
