Great leadership with vision and exceptional managerial skills. Small enough so there's no bureaucracy. Big enough to make clients happy. Generous benefits, especially PTO. Definitely not a cog in the wheel type job. You own relationships with clients and have an impact.

Commuting may prove a challenge if you don't live near the office.

PTO is great as if WFH policy

Company started out great but as we found out that they were not profitable and were having a hard time achieving profitability, culture & trust collapsed. Company is now hiring contractors versus permanent employees which hurts culture and team building. There is no sales team as they rely on David to bring in accounts. Merger with RE Digital has been a disaster and drove out good employees/managers.
