Pros

I’m incredibly grateful to work for a company like AdOutreach that genuinely embodies its core values in every aspect of the business. From day one, it’s been clear that acting with integrity isn’t just a slogan here – it’s a standard. Decisions are rooted in honesty and transparency, creating a culture of trust and accountability. Additionally, the emphasis on personal and professional development is unmatched, with ongoing training, clear opportunities for advancement, and a supportive environment that celebrates individual and collective wins. It’s an honor to be part of a team that works hard, dreams big, and delivers exceptional results.

Cons

It is a fast-paced company, which can be a pro or a con. Overall, if you are growth-minded, it's a great place to be.

Pros

Semi flexible remote work environment

Cons

If you're willing to get let go within the first 3 weeks of ramping this place is for you. If not, don't waste your time. Management does not give you a fair chance to figure out their systems, understand their products and build a pipeline of QUALIFIED leads. They expect you to go above and beyond (which is no problem) and even when you do that's still not enough. They gave me all of 3 weeks before I was let go. I busted my tail day end and day out trying to figure out everything & many days I would start working 2.5 hours before actual work hours just to stay get ahead. Management doesn't really train, cuts you off when you speak and doesn't set you up for success hence why the retention is so low. Their job depends on your performance so they'll get rid of you swiftly if you don't meet their agenda. When I first got there I saw a ton of accounts that said "deactivated" next to different names which I felt was strange because of a lot of those accounts had recent activity. I can't speak for the other departments and unfortunately I can't call out any names, but be aware if you're looking for a sales role here.
