Pros
Top-notch employees. Really smart engineers. Everyone is really friendly and more than willing to help each other out.
Cons
The learning curve for an incoming engineer is very steep still, as of this writing. You are given access to a wiki which explains some stuff, but setup is still very manual and sometimes tedious. You can expect to spend your first week or (likely) more just trying to get acquainted with the tech stacks used. The CEO is very hands-on. Expect to be micro-managed to a certain extent, depending on your role. But he is pretty understanding and reasonable overall, and very enthusiastic.
