- Pay - Some people at the company are nice - Perks, like travel and stay expenses fully covered

- Super disorganized - Ego trips from *some* people on the publisher side - Insane amounts of time spent on meetings that go nowhere - *Some* people have 0 respect for others - Company doesn't evolve because incompetent long term employees feel threatened by change - They say they are open to feedback but they really aren't - Clearly getting left behind when it comes to the business side, wouldn't surprise me if it went bust in the next few years - Turnover - saw more people leave the company while I was there than the people I met

Adstart Media has the advantage of owning internal offers, which simplifies affiliate recruitment and provides more flexibility when launching campaigns.

Unfortunately, the leadership culture within the company is a major drawback. Communication from upper management can often be disrespectful and unprofessional, with team members subjected to personal attacks or public criticism. This behavior creates a toxic work environment and undermines motivation and team cohesion. Constructive feedback is rarely provided, and the lack of emotional intelligence from some in leadership roles makes it difficult to grow within the company.
