No HR department. No bonus structure. No five-day working week. No time flexibility. No fixed or transparent rules for all employees; policies change based on favoritism. Some employees misuse office facilities; lack of transparency for work-from-home employees. Salary is put on hold for up to two months after resignation. Office hours are 9 hours, but some employees work only 6–7 hours and still receive full pay. Management focuses only on out-time and ignores in-time; late sitting is considered hard work. Company is not a Private Limited entity. No casual or sick leave policy. No major festival holidays. No fun or team engagement activities. Strict late mark deduction policy even for 5–10 minutes of delay. No flexible working hours facility. Late mark deduction applies even if an employee completes 9 full hours in the office. The account head is very rude toward employees, which negatively affects morale and creates an uncomfortable work environment.
