Ok - Key Account Manager Adam Phones Employee Review

Location + car park, very nice modern office setup by the previous owner

poor management, no staff moral, very high staff turnover

Can't really say there was much apart from the basic salary.

Unsupportive. No room to progress nor negotiate. Needs of the management before staff. Difficult to get annual leave if your on a late shift. Management can be spiteful and insincere and borderline bullying . Promises are not upheld and mislead. Poor work life balance.
