      It was a big project to create a website and it was a good experience to grow up as a Java developer, great team, the project is very big and it was interesting.

      Cons

      It was full-time work, and took a lot of time,not enough time for ordinary life.

      Too many cons to put in any pros.

      -Management doesn't really care about your issues; gaslighting at most. -Workload are undeniably insane, not to mentioned doesn't really tally with the salary you're getting. - No proper guide and onboarding sessions.

      Nothing everything sucks af. Poor facilities

      Cons

      Pressure all the time. Ladyboss so selfish and keep blame others for stupid mistake. Always triggered for small things and blow up like crazy
