      The pay was fairly competitive, there was some very nice employees in the onboarding team, and elsewhere in the company.

      Cool Industry but that’s about it.

      Cons

      One of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. Leadership talks about “values” and “culture,” but in reality, favoritism and micromanagement are the norm. HR is not a safe space for raising concerns; they act to protect the company, not employees. You accept an offer for 1 role and then end up doing a different one - nothing close to what you signed up for. Flexibility is not rewarded.
