      You will be surrounded by intelligent individuals who are invested in your career and growth. The firm has grown since its inception more than 50 years ago but it has maintained its strong tight knit culture and impressive reputation.

      You will learn a lot

      Cons

      No more equity program for all employees. Becoming way too corporate. New CFO doesn’t give a you know what about anyone besides himself and his team in NY. CEO is based out of Austin while everyone else is out of Chicago/NY/Menlo/etc.
