      Pros

      I love it here. I feel they've really figured out the challenge of creating a high-performing work place while also treating everyone like a human being.

      Cons

      There's a lot of autonomy here that I really enjoy but some don't. If you need a lot of hand holding this might not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Recently acquired leaders are the company's best hope for a non-toxic workplace. There are some great people there, and lifelong friendships forged. Pay was good.

      Cons

      My personal leadership's response to her team's cautionary tales of unsustainable work streams was akin to "beatings shall continue until morale improves". Team has had 100% turnover in just over two years, with a history of high attrition and conflict with leadership. CEO is out of touch with what is really going on, and doesn't solicit feedback from the boots on the ground.
