Pros

They are really good at leaving reviews!

Cons

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize after 2 bad reviews, they leave 7 positive ones about themselves. The culture is fantastic! Leave a positive review or your out.

Adaptive Medical Partners Response
3y
While we were initially hesitant to respond to yet another statement from this individual, we feel it’s important to address the concerns raised and to reassure our current and former employees, whose valuable contributions and perspectives we deeply respect and whose personal feedback speaks for itself. While we respect everyone’s right to share their perspective, the repeated inflammatory and unfounded statements suggest a desire to misrepresent and harm former colleagues. We encourage this individual to engage in a more constructive dialogue by reaching out directly to our HR department, as our aim is to address concerns thoughtfully and collaboratively- remaining committed to ensuring a positive and respectful environment for everyone involved.

Pros

Leadership is genuinely invested in helping you succeed. There’s continuous training and hands-on support, which really makes a difference because sales can be stressful and even we’re remote, everyone stays connected and keeps each other motivated. Our sales tools are great too and the culture is all about rewarding hard work. Even though sales can be competitive, everyone has been very positive and encouraging.

Cons

Less than 2 weeks of PTO in first year.

Pros

The office is pretty cool. High end furniture, outdoor balcony…etc. management is nice and approachable. Not hidden away. Long lunch breaks

Cons

A lot of turnover. Public crying when orders were lost. My manager was cracked out on what I assume was adhd medication and just not qualified to manage any form of human. Broke promises about original hired role vs my ramp up….
