-Try to throw you in with little to no training -Poor communication from case managers and staffing -Will pull nurses from one client's home to others -Will not give raises unless personally ask for one -Will not offer enough staff support -Office will selectively answer calls and e-mails -Upper staff friend workers on social media sites, which is very unprofessional -Do not have electronic documentation yet -Repeatedly ask for paperwork already provided -Very disorganized -Frequent turnover at every level -Poor communication to clients/families when nurses are being pulled to work at other homes or need dates off
