Pros
It's a beautiful place and the other staff are lovely, good rewards for hard work
Cons
Long hours, you're expected to stay on late always, I was always given late shifts followed by early morning shifts meaning I had about 4 hours sleep, never got proper breaks, hotel is still finding its feet and everything is a bit all over the place - stuff is always missing and that causes a lot of stress.
